Support Information Version Upgrade Information

Please click here for detailed product information of Aluminum 6.0. With the release of " Aluminum 6.0 " on February 7, 2003, we will provide an upgrade service to our registered users. We will start sending out the information to our users from the end of January. Major upgrade points: Color document recognition is now available. Previously, the document had to be imported in monochrome binary (OCR) format for character recognition, but now it is possible to import bit color and grayscale documents. Korean Writer LT (KW)IME included In the previous version, it was not possible to correct recognized characters without purchasing Korean Writer V4 (sold separately). Aluminum 6.0 comes with Korean Writer LT (KS) IME for correction input, so you can directly input and correct recognized characters even if you do not have Korean Writer V4. Notes on Version Upgrade In the previous version, recognition results were saved in our original KW code, but in the new version, they are saved in the KS code used in Korea. Therefore, you will not be able to use it on applications that do not support multiple languages or print it on printers that do not support multiple languages. The new version will be installed in a different folder from the old version and will have a different file structure, so even if the old version is already installed, it will not " overwrite" the new version .
