In principle, we do not accept name changes for software. However, in the case of a name change due to a company merger, marriage, or when software purchased under a company name is mistakenly registered under the name of the person in charge at the time of registration, please fill out a name change request form.
- Q3. I cannot register online user registration.

Once you have registered once when you use the software, you do not need to register again.
Please contact User Support to confirm your user registration.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but the default setting of our software always prompts for user registration when you start up your PC after installation, regardless of whether you have registered.
If you are annoyed by the user registration message that appears when you start up your PC, please follow the instructions below to hide the message.
How to hide the user registration warning:
If a message prompting you to register is displayed when you start up your PC, uncheck "Show this message in the future" and click "No." The user registration warning will not appear in the future.

- Please send the "User Registration Postcard"
included with your purchase by mail or fax. (You can also take a picture of the postcard with your cell phone and email it to us as long as the picture is clear.) If you are not sure about the contents of the form, please leave blank. If you wish to upgrade your software, please indicate in the margin that you wish to receive an upgrade application form.
