■Current system
Currently, for security reasons, users cannot change their information directly from the outside. If the registered information has been changed, please follow the procedure below to request the change.
■Name change
In principle, we do not accept changes in the owner's name.
However, if the corporate name (school name, organization name) of a corporation is changed, or the family name of an individual is changed, a special form is available.
How to change your user registration information
Please send the following form to our support by e-mail or fax, and our support staff will accept the change.

- Product name: (Name of the product whose registration information you wish to update)

- Your name:
- Details of registration before change:
(Please provide at least two pieces of old information for identification purposes: TEL, address, and e-mail address) - Your registration details after the change:
If you have multiple products and wish to change all the user registration information for the registered products,
If you have more than one product and wish to change all the user registration information for all the registered products, please make a comment stating that you have more than one product.
If you have more than one product and wish to change all of your registered information, please comment that you have more than one product.
