From file data
If it is a file, in one of the following formats (txt, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/ppptx, html, pdf).
- We accept only one data file, about one A4-size sheet.
- We do not accept PDFs in English.
- We do not accept PDFs with text converted to images.
- PDF files whose text cannot be extracted due to security protection functions cannot be accepted.
- PDF files that cannot be translated, cannot be translated correctly, or have a corrupted layout, depending on the PDF file.

If it is a website, use the URL.
- Translation results will be in a txt file.

- After we receive your information, we will send you an e-mail from Kodensha. Please attach the original data you wish to translate and send it back to us. Data formats are limited to txt, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/ppptx, html, pdf (pdf only in Chinese and Korean). In the case of a website, please send us the URL by e-mail.
［Note: The results of txt, doc/docx, xls/xlsx, ppt/ppptx, html, and pdf translations will be returned in the same data format as the original text. PDF files may not be able to be translated or the layout may not be retained depending on the PDF creation software used to create the file, for example, if the text is converted to an image or if the text cannot be extracted due to security protection functions. - Only one application per A4 size sheet, per data, per product per direction of translation will be accepted.
- Due to the nature of translation software, we may not accept original texts that contain a lot of human emotion, such as literature or letters. Please note that even in other cases, we may refuse to translate at our discretion.
- We may send you product information based on the customer information you submitted.
- We may share your comments on test translation results anonymously on our website.
- Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the return of the translation result file.
