Simultaneous interpretationSimultaneous interpretation is a form of interpretation in which the interpreter listens to the speaker's voice and translates at the same time. This service is available for international conferences, general shareholders meetings, press conferences, panel discussions, etc.

WhisperingSimultaneous interpretation in which the interpreter translates in a whispered voice near one or two listeners.

Consecutive interpretationConsecutive interpretation is a form of interpretation in which the interpreter translates each time the speaker makes an appropriate break. It is available for interpreting other than simultaneous interpreting, such as business meeting and conference interpreting.

IT-related specialized plans are 20% more than the regular price.
All prices shown do not include tax.
Half-day interpretation is limited to 4 hours (3 hours actual work), and full-day interpretation is limited to 8 hours (7 hours actual work). Simultaneous interpretation services that exceed half a day will be charged at the full-day rate. For simultaneous interpretation services exceeding 8 hours, an extension fee (25% increase per hour) will be charged for each hour thereafter.
Remarks
A full day is defined as 7 hours of actual work (8 hours of restraint), and a half day is defined as 3 hours of actual work (4 hours of restraint) or less.
Half-day" refers to 3 hours (4 hours) or less.
Simultaneous interpretation is available for 2 interpreters for 3 hours or less, and 3-4 interpreters for more than 3 hours.
For consecutive interpretation, one interpreter will be assigned for a period of 4 hours or less, and two interpreters will be assigned for a period exceeding 4 hours.
Cancellation Policy (for domestic arrangements)
Once an order has been confirmed, cancellation fees will apply, including date and time changes. Please understand this in advance.
6 to 7 days prior to the day before the interpreting date: 30% of the ・・・・ interpreting fee
4 to 5 days prior to the date of the interpreting service: ・・・・ 50% of the interpreting fee
2 to 3 days before the interpreting day: 70% of the ・・・・ interpreting fee
100% of the ・・・・・・・・・・・ interpreting fee on the day before or on the day of the interpreting job

Proposal of quotation
Based on your requests and the nature of your business, we will propose the number and class of interpreters and the equipment required. We will also select an interpreter that meets your requirements and conditions, and contact you.
If simultaneous interpretation equipment is required, we will also make a proposal.
