Scan Translation Service" is a cloud-based (SaaS) automatic translation service that automatically translates Japanese and foreign language documents printed on paper with a simple copy operation. Documents scanned by Fuji Xerox multifunction devices are automatically translated by our translation system on the cloud via the Internet, and printed out on the same multifunction device while preserving the layout. Translation that preserves the layout of the original text using image processing technology developed by Fuji Xerox

The layout of pictures and diagrams in the original text is retained, and only the text portion is translated, so the layout of the text is preserved. The translation is also available in a format in which the translated text is shown alongside the ruby position of the text, or in a format in which the translation is shown word by word at the ruby position, making it possible to use a single document that combines information in two languages.

Bidirectional translation in four languages

Customized translation accuracy with terminology dictionaries and user dictionaries
