The phrase "Where are you going? is a phrase in Korean,

Seoul: 어디 가? （Seoul: 어디가?)

Busan: 어데 가노? （Busan: 어데 가노?)

⇒ "Have you eaten? -Use for questions that can be answered with "yes" or "no", like "yes" or "no".
