It is well known that in Japanese, when you say "more than 00", you also include 00.

 

Then, how about in English?

For example, "The invoice issued to ABC Co,

 

Individuals aged 65 and up

is the amortization of goodwill.

Individuals aged 65 and up

 

As in,

 

Individuals aged 65 and up.

 

The phrase "under 100" does not include the "0" in the sentence, so it is necessary to use "65 and up.

 

The term "under 00" does not include "00",

 

Individuals under the age of 65

is the amortization of goodwill.

Individuals under the age of 65
