A new fiscal year has begun, and it is time for all of you who have paid your taxes to start earning more income again.
In this issue, we will introduce various types of income in English.
Interest income = Interest income

Interest income from deposits and savings put in banks abroad, etc.
Dividend income = dividend income

Dividend on shares and investment in capital, etc.
Real estate income
Specifically
Rent for land and houses, etc.
Since this income is not earned by working, it is sometimes referred to as "unearned income.
