In the season of Beaujolais Nouveau, the "Autumn of Taste", there are delicious wines to be enjoyed with autumn swordfish!

On the 15th of this month, Beaujolais Nouveau was released.
Did you know that there is a wine that some wine lovers look forward to during this Beaujolais season?
It is Novello from Italy.
While Beaujolais Nouveau refers to new varieties of Gamay, a French grape variety,
Novello refers to new varieties of various varieties from different regions of Italy.
Both Beaujolais and Novello are released around the same time each year in November.
We know that the highest class, high value Beaujolais is delicious.
I grew up in Osaka, where you have to eat and buy cheap and delicious food, so there is no way I would drink such expensive wines.
I pursue inexpensive and tasty Novello.
I cannot forget the taste of a Novello I had seven years ago. The top of the bottle of that wine had a nice streamlined face.
The other day, while searching for Novello on the Internet, I found what I hoped might be the wine of the maker I was looking for, so I added it to my cart and purchased it just before it was sold out.
It will be delivered to my home shortly.
I heard that the catch of Akinatai fish is huge this year, although it is definitely on the decline.
I decided to eat it with grated daikon radish, a squeeze of kabosu, and novello.
This is what I am going to have this fall.
