Osaka's specialty! Takoyaki & Gyoza (dumplings) party!

Last Friday, I, a native of China, invited six of my bosses and seniors from my company to my home and had a
takoyaki & gyoza party. (I made 68 takoyaki and 140 gyoza.)
There are two kinds of dumpling starch: Chinese cabbage and cabbage. In my case, I add shiso leaves in addition to these.
When I add this, I don't get sick to my stomach and it gives a nice aftertaste.
Usually, we have a single item party, "only gyoza" or "only takoyaki".
This time, we had a lot of people, so we made both together.
It turned out to be quite tasty and the seniors enjoyed it.
I have heard that every family in Osaka has a takoyaki cooker.
Do you have a takoyaki cooker in your home?
I have a plate type takoyaki cooker that I switch between and an electric takoyaki cooker.
... So, two takoyaki cookers per family? That's too many!
At this table, we talked exclusively about ingredients other than takoyaki that we put in takoyaki.
So I took the liberty of reporting them in a ranking format! (Laughs)
1st Mochi
2nd Kimuchi
3rd Cheese
4th Sweet and spicy konnyaku
5th Chocolate
