Basic Policy against Anti-Social Forces

KO DENSHA CORPORATION has established the following basic policy against antisocial forces, and all executives and employees shall comply with it to ensure the appropriateness and soundness of our business operations.

(1) Organizational response

The safety of officers and employees who respond to unreasonable demands by antisocial forces shall be ensured, and the entire organization, including top management such as representative directors, shall take action against antisocial forces.

(2) Cooperation with external professional organizations

In preparation for unjustified demands by antisocial forces, the Company shall establish close cooperative relationships with the police, lawyers, and other outside professional organizations.

We shall not have any relationship, including business relationships, with antisocial forces. We will reject any unreasonable demands by antisocial forces.

(4) Civil and criminal legal response in the event of an emergency

We will take legal action against unjustified demands by antisocial forces, both civil and criminal, as necessary.

Prohibition of backroom deals and funding

Even if unjustified demands by antisocial forces are based on misconduct in business activities or misconduct of employees, we will never engage in backroom deals to cover up the matter.
We will never provide funds to antisocial forces.
