KoreanWriter's IME (Input System, Toolbar) has disappeared!
Subject KoreanWriter7
Procedure

Due to a new Microsoft specification, the KS IME and KW IME of KoreanWriter are deleted after updating the OS to Windows 10 or executing automatic updates of Windows programs, which may cause inconvenience.
If the above problem occurs, please restore the KoreanWriter IME by following the instructions below.

If the KoreanWriter input system is no longer displayed

Please try "any" of the following two operations.

(1) Adapt the IME reconfiguration program

[Operation Procedure]

1. Open the attached compressed file and save "IMEKW7.ex" in the following KoreanWriter7 folder.

In case of 64bit version C:\Program Files(x86)\KODENSHA\ KoreanWriter7
In case of 32bit version C:\Program Files(x86)\KODENSHA\ KoreanWriter7

* Detailed procedure of the above operation
①Right click the start button and launch " (2) Right-click on the Start button to start "Windows Explorer".
(2) Left-click "Windows (or "C drive")" of "PC" and click
(displayed) "Program Files (x86)"
(3) Left-click "KODENSHA" and click
(4) Left-click "KoreanWriter7" and click
(5) Open the compressed file attached to the e-mail and click the ". IMEKW7.ex" into the above KoreanWriter7 folder.

2. Rename the saved "IMEKW7.ex" to "IMEKW7.exe". (This is because ".exe" was not attachable, so we are renaming it and sending it to you.)
Double-click "IMEKW7.exe" to start the KoreanWriter7 IME setup program. 4.
Click "OK" to execute the following setting process.

Follow the dialog box (guidance) that appears.
When the User Account Control message is displayed, click "Yes".
Click "Reset IME" -> Click "OK".
Click "Sign out" and then click "OK".
Sign in again, start up your PC, display the desktop screen, and check if the IME has been restored (see below).

*Please refer to the following for confirmation.
1. Check if KoreanWriter (KS) is displayed in the "Language" setting of Windows, and if "Unavailable items" remain.
1) Click [Start] button
2) Click [Settings (gear icon)]
3) Click [Time and Language] - [Region and Language (upper left of screen)] - [Language]
4) Click Japanese
5) Click [Options] and check if KoreanWriter (KW) is available. Click [Options] and check if KoreanWriter (KW) is available. If [Unavailable Items] remains, click [Unavailable Items] - [Delete]
⑥Click [←] (back button) in the upper left corner and click Korean
⑦Click [Options] and check if KoreanWriter (KS) is available. If [Unavailable Items] remains, click [Unavailable Items] - Click [Delete].
(8) Start the Korean Digital Dictionary and check if the following settings are made in "Settings (S)" - "Input System (E)" on the menu bar.
(*If the following settings are not made, click "▼", change to the following settings, and confirm with "OK")
Japanese: TSF:Microsoft IME etc.
Korean: KoreanWriter (KS)

(2) Reinstalling software

1) Uninstall KoreanWriter7 (from the control panel)
