Subject	Customers who have a CD with slightly different coloring of CD-ROM yellow when comparing Disc No. 1 and Disc No. 2 of j-Beijing V6+ Technical Terms Dictionary CD-ROM (yellow). Customers who received a "function transfer error" when replacing Disc No.2 during installation. Customers who purchased j・Beijing V6 Professional with CW9 in late February or March 2009 are most likely to be affected.

Phenomenon	[6 on Manual P9] When replacing j・Beijing (China)V6+Japanese V6 + Terminology Dictionary CD-ROM (yellow) DiscNo.2 and continuing the installation process, Function transfer error Function: Japanese Voice Component: File: Error: Fatal error. and the installation cannot be continued.
Cause	Background of this issue This problem was discovered on 3/16 when we examined the CDs from our customers for initial defect inspection. We found that there was a mistake in the combination of Disc 1 and Disc 2 when the CDs were packed and shipped from the factory in mid to late February (estimated about 15 sets). (Estimated 15 sets) Originally, the engraving on the inner ring of the CD-ROM is related to Disc 1 and Disc 2, and the correct combination is determined and installation is performed. However, for the 15 sets with this problem, the combination error resulted in a function transfer error and installation cannot be performed. Currently, has already confirmed that the CDs shipped as of March 17, 2009 have been distributed with the correct CDs. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
Solution	The installation cannot be performed with the above CD, so we will replace the CD as soon as possible. Please send the CD to us by mail. (Of course, you can send us the CD by cash on delivery.)
