Chinese Writer11 series, ChineseWriter10 series, KoreanWriter7 series, J Beijing7 series, J Seoul9 series, J Beijing Personal2, J Seoul Personal2, WorldVoice CJK2, WorldVoice CJK2, Windows 10 is supported. You can continue to use them without any problems.
However, when upgrading to Windows 10,
(Uninstall all software and then reinstall it again) (the following operation) is required.
(*Reinstallation alone or application of the correction module alone will not improve the problem. Please be aware of this.) -
Uninstall the software from the Control Panel. The following example uses ChineseWriter 10 as an example.
How to uninstall Windows 10 software:
Right-click on the Windows 10 Start button <Control Panel> <Programs (Programs and Features) <Uninstall a program> to uninstall the software in question.

STEP3: Click "Programs (Programs and Features)" or "Programs (Programs and Features)" to uninstall the program.

If the display method is "Category", STEP3. Uninstall a program

The order of uninstallation from the Control Panel

Delete each of the above one by one. It may take a few seconds for the deletion to take effect depending on your computer environment.

Reinstall the software using your DVD (or download). When reinstalling the software, please temporarily stop the security software and then reinstall it.
(*In some cases, installation may not be possible.) After installation, please restart the security software.
In order to use our software, you will need to register as a user.
User registration is required once when you use the software, and you do not need to register again. If you have already registered, you do not need to register again after reinstalling the software. (If you have any questions, please contact our support.)
We are sorry, but our software is initially set to prompt you for user registration when you start up your PC, regardless of whether or not you have registered.
You can hide the user registration warning when you start up your PC by performing the following operation.
How to hide the user registration warning:
Click on the "Show this message from now on" checkbox in the message that appears when you start up your PC and prompts you to register,
To hide the user registration warning: Uncheck the "Show this message in the future" checkbox and click "No" to hide the user registration warning from being displayed.
