Technical Information |
After upgrading the OS, the IME bar of ChineseWriter or KoreanWriter may not appear. If the Kohden IME is not present in the "Installed Services" in the Text Services and Input Languages dialog, the IME portion of the registry was erased when the OS was upgraded. Since the Takadensha IME has disappeared from your PC, it is impossible to restore the IME settings by any means.
Please uninstall and reinstall your software. (How to check) 1. Select [Control Panel] - [Clock, Language, and Region], and in the properties of [Regional and Language Options], click the [Keyboard and Language] tab and click the [Change Keyboard] button. 2. The "Text Service and Input Languages" dialog will appear. 3. Check if the Kohden input system is present in "Installed Services".
