Q. The CD-ROM I have is old. Can I use this CD-ROM to install on Windows 8, 8.1, 10 (64bit/32bit)?
A. If the CD-ROM is "○" in the table below, you can use it. By applying the latest program, it is compatible with 8, 8.1, and 10 (64bit/32bit).

Q. I don't know whether my computer is 64-bit or 32-bit.
A. Please check from the System in the Control Panel.

Q. What are 32-bit and 64-bit applications?
A. Some applications, such as Internet Explorer 10 or later, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, are available in 32-bit and 64-bit versions.
For example, there are many cases where a user has a 64-bit PC, but uses the 32-bit version of Word.
You can check whether the application you are using is a 32-bit or 64-bit version by referring to the version information in the help file.
